In our projects we do not use veneers that are thin, unreliable and, above all, not resistant to damage!
We use only the highest quality veneers,  i.e. wood sheets of 3-5mm thickness. Thanks to this solution and the bonding technology we have developed, our products are equipped with durable and beautiful enclosures.

Description

Carnegie 60 speakers. Classic Vintage. Fully revitalized.

Tonmöbelwerk Liesenkötter GmbH is a company operating since 1946 in Saerbeck in Westphalia (Germany), known primarily in the 70s and 80s for its production of different types of wooden cabinets, cases, and radio and TV consoles that served as framework for well-thought audio-video sets. Liesenkötter used both its own radio and TV appliances, as well as audio and TV equipment of other producers, among others: Philips, Loewe-Opta, Dual. Some of the appliances which were given “new clothes” from the company were sold under the original brand name. However, majority (especially those launched in sets) got a new name. In the 70s, the company was known for its advertising slogan “Perfect technology for every interior design”.

Carnegie 60 speakers come from the late 70s. Despite their small size, they surprise with an enormous space and selectivity of sound. In 1979, this model was included in the catalog of the German Interfunk store in the Super-Sound category.

The enclosures have been completely revitalized. The exotic Lauro Preto wood adds incredible charm to the speakers. The wood finish is Chinese oil made from natural oils. The wood is very pleasant to the touch. The grill cloths are made of handwoven rattan, oil-coated for protection.

The set is 100% functional, the speakers are in perfect condition.
