In 1964, the plant under the name \u017bywiecka Fabryka Szpital Szpitalnego in \u017bywiec was moved to the Zab\u0142ocie district, where it operates to this day. In the 1970s, production was expanded to include dental chairs and operating tables. After the restructuring and privatization of the factory in 1997, the company started production under the name of \u017bywiecka Fabryka Spetu Szpitalnego Famed S.A., and then in 2012 it was transformed into the company Famed \u017bywiec Sp.
